Clinical Psychologist

Jeanette is a clinical psychologist who brings extensive experience to her work with adults and older adults in private practice. She was previously employed as a Senior Clinical Psychologist within the Health Department.

 

Jeanette has a passion for helping people develop psychological resilience and coping strategies for life. She values developing a collaborative relationship with her clients that leads to a clear evidence-based treatment plan. 

 

Her main therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Jeanette can also provide screening for neuro-degenerative disorders e.g. Alzheimer’s disease.


Qualifications and Memberships:

  • B.A. Psychology (2004)

  • Honours in Psychology (2006)

  • Masters in Applied Psychology (Clinical) (2009)

  • Fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia

  • Founding member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association.

  • AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor
