My name is Jess and I am a Registered Counselling Psychologist passionate about joining my clients on their journey through life and supporting them to enhance their well-being, and reach their goals for a full-filling and meaningful life.

 

As a client, I aim to provide you with a secure and supportive environment in which we harness your expertise in self and work as a team to meet your specific needs. 

 

As a therapist I prioritise an inclusive and diversity affirming approach, with experience specifically in supporting members of the LGBTIQAP+ sistergirl and brotherboy communities, and diverse relationships, including open and consensual non-monogamous relationships. 

 

As a trained relationship therapist, I am particularly passionate about supporting clients to develop emotional safety and strengthen bonds through improved communication and connection in relationships. 

 

In my work with adult individuals, I have a high level of experience working with bipolar disorder and related conditions and am incredibly passionate about supporting individuals and their loved ones in cultivating a life that works!

I am trained in Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy.

I am available for appointments on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I do not currently see children.
