I’m a psychologist with over 20 years' experience, and have worked in schools, hospital, community, and private practice settings. I enjoy working with both teens and adults and have a warm and caring approach. I believe providing a non-judgemental and supportive environment is key for effective therapy.
I aim to work collaboratively, targeting treatment to your needs, and use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT and schema therapy.
I have experience in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, stress, self-harm, sleep problems, perfectionism, emotion dysregulation, bullying, adjustment issues, conflict, school problems and more.
