Rolinda is an experienced psychologist that has worked in both private practice and in a variety of roles in educational settings.

 

Rolinda has helped clients with a range of mental health problems such as the generalised anxiety disorder; post-traumatic stress disorder; phobias; panic; depression; stress; anger management; communication and assertiveness difficulties; sleep disturbance; loss and grief; life adjustment and transitions; and couples and family issues.

Rolinda has worked collaboratively with clients to develop individualised treatment plans to achieve their goals and improve their mental health resilience; applying her many years of experience and evidence-based treatments to empower clients to reduce or manage symptoms and improve their quality of life.  

 

Rolinda considers a broad range of psychological treatments when developing plans such as cognitive behaviour therapy; behavioural activation; exposure therapy; relaxation techniques; communication and assertiveness training and mindfulness strategies.

 

Rolinda is available to work with individuals, couples and families on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
