Sephora Rodgers
Clinical Psychologist
Sephora is a clinical psychologist who has been working in the field since 2015. Sephora has been practicing with Queensgate Psychology Centre since its commencement in 2017. Sephora has a passion for helping clients to improve their lives and develop lifelong coping skills. Sephora approaches her work in a collaborative manner with a focus on developing individualised goals and tailoring specific evidence based-treatments to assist her clients to gain resilience and to create a positive and meaningful life.
Sephora has a broad range of experience working with adults within various sectors (e.g., community outpatient programs (DBT program, group therapy, suicide prevention), disabilities sectors and hospital settings) .
Sephora's area of interest includes adjustment difficulties such as grief/major life events, mood disorders including depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder, personality disorders, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, substance use, self-esteem, relationship/marital issues, work related stressors and postpartum depression and anxiety.
Sephora utilises a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to her clients including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Interpersonal Therapy.
Qualifications:

Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), Curtin University.
