My aim is to acknowledge that you are the expert of your life experiences and support you in building a meaningful life worth living. This can look different for each individual, so it’s important to create collaborative goals that you’d like to work towards in our sessions.

Using trauma-informed approaches to bring about an awareness of how the difficulties you’re facing have come about, and subsequently how to build your toolbox to manage distress or heal the wounded parts. Ultimately, it’s about creating a safe empathic space for you to voice your concerns and express your authentic self.

I’m passionate about working with adults (18+) typically experiencing difficulties with; self-harm, personality disorders, LGBTIQA+, Identity, sexuality, self-esteem, suicidality, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, sleep, attentional difficulties, and binge-eating.

I’m passionate about creating a safe empathic space for you to express your concerns and be your authentic self, and enjoy a laugh where needed! I look forward to meeting you.
